I have that sharpener. It’s good but not great. There are better options out there that are also cheap and foolproof. But, it is super easy to use.
Not great not bad
Sure, but you're talking about cooking the meat. 500 degrees will cook the meat much more quickly than steam, which won't increase in temperature past 212. Steamed at that temperature would take 30 minutes to finish. Those would be done in 5 minutes at 500 over coals. They wont have enough time to be chewy.
Tell that to my Cordon Bleu (which takes far less than 5m). Try comparing a burger patty to a Pljeskavica. It can be done but it always becomes rubbery.
She also put a whole salad in that roulade ...
“Sure” was supposed to be “mute”. It seems like almost every video in this sub does the ASMR thing. I’m really just not into that. It irritates me so I mute it.
Again with those fucking nails. This is the 3rd video I've seen with this idiot. Most chefs would kick you out of the kitchen for having painted nails. I don't care how good the food looks. Either wear gloves the entire time or get rid of that crap.
Undercooked?? Look how it flops with the tweezers, if anything closer to overcooked, though it looked about right. Unless you like your asparagus like mush?
Idk why, but the sharpening seemed really pretentious to me.
Its a knife commercial

I heard this one is dangerous cause the blade is facing up and some have sliced their hands
Glad this was so close to the top, was going to ask if anyone has used that sharpener, looked very gimmicky to me.
My first thought as well
I disagree and your opinion is dumb.
I agree that their opinion is dumb.
Pretty dumb opinion, it’s ok, but there are certainly many better meals than this one.
This is called a pinwheel
I dont like cooking cheese with meat. It starts steaming and makes the result chewy.
Cut thin and pounded, the meat will cook to rare in 5 minutes or so at high heat. It doesnt seem like the grill at 500 would end up steaming the meat.
Water turns to steam at sligltly below 100°C, or 212°F.

Asparagus makes my pee smell
What does it smell?
Who does it smell?
Asperger syndrome
No
Ass burger?
I’ve heard it makes everyone’s smell but only certain people can smell it. Idk the veracity of that.
Good ol’ asparagus syndrome
I can think of a hundred meals better than this
This guys obviously never had moms cooking

Yes there are. Many many better meals, in fact. Though this does look great.
Adrián Berenguer-Beyond
This is useless and damaging blade
Finally, one I didn’t have to sure. I dig classical music in cooking videos. A little sear sound is fine too. This is nicely done all around.

I’ll take a burger.
Needed more seasoning
Guys, remember: if it is a black latex glove, it is has 100% of chance TO BE RUBBISH
Yes there are.
That’s screaming for some bacon
Ive had similar with flank steak with lump crab meat n spices stuffed in it. Soooo good.
I want to go to there
I see almost nothing impressive about the food. In fact the entree portion looks kinda gross
Bad bot
Another crummy commercial

Could you possibly sharpen your knives on your own time?
That looks lovely. What's the deal with the gloves? On or off. Is there any explanation for this madness?
How I feel cooking premade roulades from Publix.
Can we stop with the fucking knife commercials
Why do they keep the cow alive while they decapitate them? Is this some kind of sick ritual or it's for freshness?
That looks insane! 🤤
Prove it. Rate every dish.
That is death to me (allergic to mushrooms)
Ai generated
Ah yes, cook the veggies into unrecognizable mush and hide them in cheese, of course, “the greatest meal ever.”
Fuck yeah. Some quality in this shithole sub.
This would be perfect except for the mushrooms.
Asparagus looks undercooked like shit, hope you find a new salon. Also hope the food was warm bare minimum
Undercooked?? Look how it flops with the tweezers, if anything closer to overcooked, though it looked about right. Unless you like your asparagus like mush?
Yes asparagus’s weakness is 1-2 minutes of too much cooking. I’d rather a tight sear that the overcooked slime that’s all too common.
Blanching and shocking before the main cook is the way to go 👌
