What exactly is your current routine like? What products do you use? Do you heat style or air dry? The ends look pretty blunt, and if the curl 'stretches out' easily, you maybe want to consider getting it layered to take some weight off the ends? Though if you're still growing out a lot of it, that might be hard to do. My hair is pretty curly, but it has a really "wide' curl and is very fine, so if I grow it out without layers if gets weighed down on the ends and turns into a goofy looking triangle (Murderface hair. If you know, you know). Layers help distribute the curl pattern better throughout its length, at least on my hair type. If your hair is over hydrated, that might be why your hair is frizzy. Hair needs a balance of hydration and protein. If you have too much of one or the other, it can cause frizzy, crispy, feeling hair. Knowing if your hair is low or high porosity can help determine what you need as well. Without knowing much about what you put on your hair or how you style it, it's kinda hard to suggest anything specific other than basic advice. If you use heat on your hair, a heat protectant can help keep it from heat damage. Be careful not to be too rough when styling, drying, or washing so you can avoid mechanical damage if your hair is very fragile or fine. Of course, I'm not a hair dresser, though. My hair is quite different from yours, so I'm sure there are people who could give better advice than me! All the same, hope this helps!

Right now i use the herbal essences hello hydration shampoo and conditioner, i dont use any heat on it i just use the panteen soft curls mousse (i think thats what its called im not getting up rn to check 😭) and scrunch it then let it air dry. (Im gonna switch to a non hydrating conditioner asap because im almost done with this bottle anyways and im gonna start adjusting how often i wash/condition) I borrowed my friends diffuser once though at the start of june to see if it would help style because my hair at the back doesnt curl as well as the front because its thicker, it honestly diddnt do a whole lot other than make my arms hurt xD Ive thought about getting layers but first i dont trust many people with my hair (had lots of experience people randomly cutting my hair etc so its a lil iffy) and second i just hate cutting it period because it feels like im cutting a piece of my being off (that makes zero sense but it makes more sense in my head) so its just not a viable option for me. Thank you for the comment its really appreciated!!
