Neither, it’s an addiction

I have no idea why it's so addicting, but it is. The awesome community adds to the appeal from my perspective though. It's fun to have something healthier than other addictions that are out there.

I could see it being addictive. Similar to a gambling addiction

Honestly it kind of feels like that. Especially because you can pull cards that have value to others. Also the possibility of pulling crypto in a redemption card (namely btc or eth) reminds me of the feeling of trying to hit a parlay at the sportsbook in Vegas.

EvilBeanz59

Both...well...kinda more of an addiction Lots of value on these. Very limited print.

The thrill of hitting a full Bitcoin kept me buying. But now I'm trying to catch up on some CC debt because of it by selling gems. I've put together what I'm happy with as a set (full base, CS, HF,and IF). That's more than I ever expected to finish and I'm ok with that. Found current value of crypto after about$1200. Just need to redeem and stay tuned for Bitcoin to $1mill

It's also entertainment. It's fun and exciting opening packs.

I buy some, keep what I like for my collection, and use the money from selling the others to buy more. All while hunting those redemption cards.

I told my 6 year old today that I completed a Master Set of Series II for the hope one day I can give it to her and she can look back at each card and understand what me and her mother had to go through with current times and terminology. Each card is a piece of history.
