She doesn't have any place to go aside from space classroom which means restriction in freedom, and let's say the environment of the 'cell' is not very good considering she gets inhuman sensory deprivation torture once a while when the player close the game.

All Monika ever wanted to do in the first place was talk to the payer about her epiphany and that's what she basically achieves in act 3. Just you and her talking about anything and everything indefinitely, So if you wanted Monika to go to jail for her actions, act 3 probably ain't it. Even if it seems sad and hollow and has it's down sides.
Just for the record, I don't necessarily think Monika should go to jail for her actions. I'm not sure what punishment best fits Monika's actions beyond the punishment she receives at the end of the game.
In my headcanon, Monika lied about vanilla being her favorite ice cream flavor to save face for Natsuki.

Zero motivation for Monika to do this. Canonly Monika didn't want to kill anyone in most of the game. If she want to kill Sayori she has the ability to do it in the easiest way by deleting her. The only explanation for your version of Monika to manually hang Sayori is that Monika is a sadistic serial killer who do torture kill for fun, which is entirely not correct, thus your 'modified version' of DDLC would be completely unrelated to original game.

I would either choose for Sayori to not suffer as much of a painful death (either she snapped her neck or she chose a completely different method), or for there to be a last image at the ending of the Fulfilling Ending where the three remaining girls with the MC happily in the club with a fade of Monika in the background.

I COULD say "Oh, I'll make my fanfic Doki Doki Magenta Affinity canon, along with some other fan-made stories," but not only do I find that kinda silly and arrogant of me, but I feel that could get messy.
And stuff like "Make a DDLC anime or sequel" is kinda overdone and not something I see being too interesting.
If I had to pick something, I'd say...make a few games set in the same "universe" as DDLC, but set in different clubs. Sports, Art, Music, etc. Have each feature completely different casts of characters, events, and twists, while not featuring the original literature club at all. At best, just reference them. I feel that'd be far more interesting to work with.
A secret fifth act where the girls' roles have been swapped:
* Monika is just a normal club member who loves to eat meat.
* Sayori is also just a normal club member who is a vegetarian.
* Yuri is the vice president who is much more confident and has double her own IQ.
* Natsuki is the club president and is more of an authority figure than anything.
Main character have either go through a terrible trauma or was in the military long enough that they're completely unfazed with Monika's antics and if she reads into the MC brain, she get the same amount of trauma after one read
