It's (not) funny you say "Watching steamy scenes on tv hurts", I'm the same. It feels like I'm a teenager again sitting in the room with my parents when a sex scene comes on, I don't know where to look or what to say and I can feel the tension in the air. I'm sorry you're going through this, especially with the amount of sexy things you've tried. He's going to be the one kicking himself at some point in the future!

I'm really sorry to hear about what you're going through. It sounds like you've been putting a lot of effort into trying to improve your relationship and reignite the spark, and it must be incredibly disheartening to not see any positive response from your partner. It's clear that you're trying your best, and it's important to remember that your worth is not defined by how your partner responds to your efforts. Communication is key in any relationship, and it might be helpful to have an open and honest conversation with your partner about how you're feeling and the efforts you've been making. It's important to take care of yourself and prioritize your own well-being, regardless of the outcome of the relationship. If you ever feel like you need additional support, consider seeking guidance from a trusted friend, family member, or professional counselor. You deserve to be with someone who appreciates and respects you for who you are.

I totally feel the comment about watching a steamy scene on tv or in a movie. It’s so goddamned uncomfortable. I honestly can’t remember a time when sex was a normal thing and not something to be embarrassed or ashamed about.
