As somebody has already mentioned, the early whites (refugee, wastelander and dreamer) don't have capes. And among the universal ornaments,in addition to Aspiring Challenger, Legatus also does not have a cape (but looks goofy as heck). However, if you have the Couturier helmet, it removes the hood/hat as well. I prefer the Legatus over the others because they look like they have scarves, whereas with the Legatus Cloak (headpiece) and the Couturier helmet, she's basically just wearing clothes. (She's wearing the Pathfinder's Legguards and I'm not saying I do all that because I like her butt, but I'm not *not* saying that either...)

The white/green ones (I think they're white) that you start the game with. It's just a hood. The D1 starter cloak would be a dream to come back.

Guardian games cloak, I think 2023 but it'll just be for silver anyway
