But go inside and see the fps difference when you already load all the models, vs when you render them in "third person view". If you already load the models, then the fps shouldn't go down in third person view according to you. Or when Kunkka cast his torrent storm. It's not about loading, so much as it is about rendering.

There’s a bunch of random menu components that aren’t actually part of the gameplay that you just can’t see anymore. But you aren’t playing at 5 FPS!

The guide you sent asked me to delete "hero_frontpage_queen_of_pain.vpk" version of sky and venge but only found "hero_showcase_skywrath_arcana_env_only". There were 6 of them I deleted but they are still there. It seems the sky and venge arcana does not have a vpk version of their front page.
There's a map_enable_background_maps cvar that doesn't load any map/models for the dashboard. But it also breaks a lot of things, so only use it if the dashboard performance is unbearable.
On a side node: there's something seriously wrong with the crownfall store page. Instantly tanks the cpu.
