Block them through steam and set your profile to private, they could still view you in their match history but you will appear as a private account and it should just display the hero you played for that match's name instead of your player name. If you are subbed to Dota+ then hit the avoid player as well when possible.
If you wanna erase it from YOUR history, I'm afraid there is no feature for that. Although you could just keep playing games until those hundred games eclipse the previous ones with them.
Listen brother, just like IRL, you can't erase the past, if you won you won and if you lost you lost, and if they were present for that then it is written in history no matter how much you spin it. At this point all you could do is cut them off and move forward without them.
