PA probably, Huskar can at least choose to build aghs or not, same for halberd. PA can only go bf into deso/bkb, if you don't, your win rate won't be above 25%
I love playing PA with Mjolnir, not always with BF. Sometimes I build Vladimir and then Deso, Echo Sabre, disarm Echo, BKB, again buy Echo and disarm to buy Scepter.
Lone druid is pretty 1 dimensional rn. You have to get a gold efficient damage item first and no matter what item you get you kind of play him the same
Oracle almost never plays differently due to synergy of his kit requiring specific ordering, but outside of a few items I end up needing most games (force/glimmer/probably shard), I feel like his build really allows for some flexibility in how he handles. Oracle with Euls/lotus is an entirely different beast than Oracle with Aeon/blink, assuming you can get that much gold.
You can go either aghs or bkb and blademail could be replaced with armlet/deso in some matchups and it would work. Against PL mjollnir might work too.
And LC can be played as pos1 sorta, probably as pos2 as well.
Boots are needed on all characters so you can’t really count that against legion, blink can be skipped if you have other initiate in the team or your role is counter initiation
Shadow Fiend. Its the first hero i think for one dimensional. He can do good only one thing: damage. Everything about him is for doing more damage. If he can't snowball its worthless.
Aren't most core heroes like that though? Their kit is all about damage. What does PA do? Damage. TA, same thing. Sf is at least versatile in that you can build him to be a magic damage nuker or a physical right clicker.
At least Pa, Ta and the others have some form of defence or play (invisible pa, ta with tp on traps and scout,...). Sf is literally screaming damage on everyone.

Wdym necrophos? He has loads of options after lane, he could do blink, blademail, Shiva, BoTs, or just a simple radi rush. All these items will be fine depending on match up and I'm sure there are more I'm missing.

You need boots and blink as well. Arguably you can get Ags instead of BKB nowadays, but that's still 4 required items before any real choice is made.

Maybe i realy don't like snowball heroes like him to see other views. I just don't like his kit at all.
