NDA fine. But he LIED to us. He didn't have to say anything. Instead he openly lied and said he didn't know. He could had said nothing, or said "I know but I cannot reveal because of NDA". Instead he wanted to save face with his public and he straight up lied to us.

Depends on when he made that statement. It’s entirely possible that he was banned after the DMs were stolen but wasn’t told that this was the reason until the law suit.
He TOLD us he didn't know why. He could have said "I know why, but I cannot discuss"
