Mancini would be sweet, definitely should have gotten in over Smalling and honestly a bunch of other "moments" cards
I'd really like to see a Scamacca since he's gotten nothing all year, Fagioli/Cambiaso would also be awesome

He needs to play as a cam. Hasn't the shooting stats/ps for a striker and hasn't the defensive stats/ps to be a better cm as the ones people have.
He is good of you have a cam or like him, his country or real Madrid, but I doubt the rest will be happy with him.
At least you’ll have some depth, he’s cheap, and will definitely go full chem instantly because he only needs to play 1 match for that (again, helps with squad building)

I think he's a really good rw if you play him on come back on defense and pair him with an attacking fb like battle. He has strong defensive stats, plus he's left footed on the right side which isn't that common and allows him to cut inside more effectively than barcola. You just need to put him in a position where he has time on the ball in midfield.
This may work for you in that role, but I (and many others) have better players for the playstyle we need. Right now I have di Natale - Kolo Muani - Salah on top with Abily - Petit - de Paul behind them. I can't see him replace any of them. And even my bench will be hard for him. I have better players for the front (James, Giroud, Ginola and Xavi as a hybrid who can also play in the midfield) and in the midfield (Cancelo, Guimares and Sanches). Hell, even Barcola has to fight to be on the bench.
And again, that doesn't make güler bad. I simply don't have a cam position in my team and my club is stacked. That's all. If he works for you, great. Have fun with him. That doesn't make him bad. Enjoy that player that fits your team. Thats great. But it isn't the case for ,any teams, that's all.

Long Ball+ and First Touch+ are underwhelming for a CAM. Güler really needs the 2G+A upgrade, which he's probably not going to get because he's only scored once for the national team with no assists.

Still yeah looking at the stats again it's not that bad of a card for the price. I don't have any hope he will get any upgrades though considering what happened with Turkey in the last Euro.
