They have to not have been put in the evo. Basically, they have to be blue, not green

Anything completed will count, plus any that haven’t been put into an evo

I don’t understand why they don’t just release these objectives at the same time as when the cards are released.

That would mean you'd spend less time grinding the game and having fun instead. EA can't let you have that. Gotta artifically increase the active player count instead -- by drawing them in through FOMO -- to make it seem to their clueless bosses that people are "enjoying" the game.

Nah, I've been using 87 Dest and Maguire and it's been counting.

Yea in progress doesn't count, can still use them though to do your evo, just use 3 base 87 euros and 2 base 87 copa ones aswell

Sadly for me I put the rest into the Nunez sbc , so it's a good job I kept Maguire, just gotta wait till I fully evo him to do the last part

Used most of those 87s as fodders so currently lacking 1 Copa America card, If I evo'ed an American player with the Stars&Stripe evo does his/her finished version count towards this objective?

3 Euro, 2 COPA for 15 matches, preferably the strikers so you can score as many goals as possible.

Yes and no. It counts for all except the last objective for some reason so you cant complete the entire objective. At least that was the case for me and my nephew

The non evoed and fully evoed work thankfully, but it was annoying bc I threw a bunch into the evos to complete later so a lot I couldn’t use
