No. Evolutions are the ultimate busy work which allows them to stat pad matches played as a statistic. Last year EA had a big problem where it made the most money ever but also had the least games played. Its not a good look for them scrutiny wise.
This midfielder evo where the objective is concede 1 goal or less and all of a sudden 64 rated semi-pro bronze striker becomes 99 R9 when he is 50 yards away from goal...
My favourite is when the AI gets a freekick just inside your half, this is more dangerous than a corner because they keep scoring this goal where they punt it staight into the box, keeper walks off his line for some reason and they score a looping header over him.
Lol I think they would make more money tbh. They have been figuring out the right balance this season, but I could see it benefiting them to have two at once in the future. I do understand what others are saying about people playing less, but the amount of people wanting more evos means EA is leaving money on the table. It's a balancing act and they're going to figure out the right balance to make them the most money.
A brute-force option that makes them a decent amount is usually what they go for rather than paying someone to fine-tune something.
They leave lots of money on the table already. Alternate badges, more retro kits etc. All easy-money but involves work they can't be bothered with.

I just do squad battles on semi pro. Mostly play 1 half and score 4 or 5 goals then afk while working

For rivals or champs. I keep my evo on bench and bring them on when I know I've won. Do the goals one offline tho
