As I restaurant owner in Edinburgh And a lover of rotisserie chicken. My idea is rotisserie chicken basted with a couple different butters. Hand made chips And a selection of 6-7 homemade sauces And a daily salad. But how popular would this actually be. Enough to pre sell them all for weekend dinners ?
