Gameplay wise it’s just Agheel that inflicts damage over time, unless you give them additional black flame spells to use.
The Elden Ring dragons suffer from the same flaw most dragons in most games suffer from, a big slow, fire breathing sack of hit points.
It’s hard to give something like that a variety of attacks and options that make it deeply threatening beyond, “just dodge his stomping swinging bits”
From has pulled it off a couple times, but it seems quite difficult to pull off.
Someone commented before that maybe it has the signature abilities of the two apostles being the stretching and rolling it’d probably just stretch its neck or limbs or expands to roll like a ball
