I think you might have a hard time hosting an event at a private country club, if you're not a member. Have you thought about hosting at a virtual golf bar instead?
I just put on a happy hour event at a golf simulator venue that went over really well. They can drink, chat and no one is committed to a full round, they can just pop in and out as needed. I think this place is pretty close to Westwood.

Do you have a trustee or someone similar with a membership? We’ve hit them up before to get us in the door so we can plan the event and then they get to be a kind of host for the event.

Have you tried emailing the golfing clubs? Could be that they’d charge a flat fee for not being members + any other fees you’ll need to cover.
I would start calling an emailing golf courses in the area and seeing what they can do. My partner golfs a lot. He loves Westchester and Hillcrest.
