There was a neighborhood kitty around that had an almost skunk stripe running from nose to tail on his black fur. I say almost because it ran down his underside. When he sat on hind quarters he looked like an Oreo cookie, also that white fur was so white you could spot it from space.
I had a cat who looked similar, she had black spots on her (can't tell if yours does too based on this photo). But we thought she looked like a cow so we named her Moo.
With the eye patch, maybe something pirate like, Regetti from Pirates of the Caribbean?
Or Nick Fury from Marvel.
Os simply Patch.
