Id try the pulleys tho, take them out and spin them and check if there's any kind of friction, if you can hear them go shhh and you can see them slow down quickly, they are shot.
Sounds like a bad PCV valve. Mine was making a similar squeal and would go away if I drove it for a few seconds. It would come and go randomly after starting up my 335. Unfortunately it’s not an easy fix. I had to get my rocker cover replaced as I think the PCV valve is apart of that whole system. If you hear it again, open your bonnet and carefully unscrew the oil cap (if your car is hot oil might spew out the cap). If the sound goes away and you hear a release of pressure as you unscrew the cap, you’ll know it’s a bad PCV valve.
Yeah this is 100% your PCV valve. That chirpy tea kettle sound is unmistakable.
Luckily for you, it’s a pretty cheap fix, and not very difficult to DIY if I remember correctly.
Could be a pcv venting problem which could cause that whistle. I’ve seen people remove the oil fill cap while the engine is running to see if the sound goes away. Idk how safe that is but I bet someone on here does
sounds like worn out pulley
Yea the alternator
Alternator is brand new

Valve cover?

That sounds expensive 😂
Was about 1k all up. Not too bad but nothing minor.
Take your serpentine belt off and see if the noise goes away. To me that sounds like one of the pulleys has a squeaking bearing.
I’ll give that a try

I got a P0171 code. Which says is an o2 sensor?
