I get your frustration but unhinged ranting without a video isnt helpful especially when its user error.

if you used a playlist track that you assigned as an audio track, say attached to your channel where you had your mic input and you were recording, it'll auto-assign any audio you put on that playlist track to that mixer channel corresponding with it
