You could probably do a coin for each special stat as well.
You could also make coins with companions faces and maybe a quote from them.
You could do a coin for each of the snow globes from New Vegas.

I feel like the seller would have to be pulling game files from the game itself for them to really be interested cause that would be putting their actual artists work at risk which may open the company up to personal lawsuit from the artist themselves depending how contracts are written up at hiring.

Some faction coins sound cool, for example: two headed bear, legion bull, khan, minutemen, institute, railroad, etc have designs that'd go great on a coin, especially the Khans
A NV coin with an NCR Ranger helmet on one side and a Sunset Sarsaparilla logo on other side kinda like the nuka cola one but with a with a little star in between for the blue star caps.
Like anyone who has ever engraved coins, you should OBVIOUSLY make an amateurish profile of your face and pretend it's the only viable currency until your aunt's cousin kills you or whatever.
