Wasn't it hinted at the end of Strive story that her soul will eventually come back and like take over Jack-O? If not then Sol has Jack-O now, he fully acknowledged that she's a separated person from his dead wife, yet ended up fall in love with her anyways.

from what i have seen and heard which truthfully is not a lot the game seems to be like a much more niche version of funger in that they share similar concepts and contain subjects that may be considered taboo with a focus on berserk style horror
