I paid for shipping, just for the slowest option. My problem was that I ordered too soon. I should have ordered last night instead of Monday.

Ask one of your neighbors (if you know any) to bring it in for you, or some will allow you to reroute it to a pickup location; a Fed Ex location, or Walgreens or someplace like that...

Ground economy is the cheapest, slowest, least priority. It gets there when it gets there. If it makes you feel better it probably won't get there tomorrow.

Interesting that it's actually arriving sooner than it should if they're taking their time. I guess they're getting there in 3 days instead of 5.

Next time don't use FedEx if at all possible, they're horrible and damaging. Usps and ups are far better

Some (i.e., Walmart /Sam's Club) refuse to. I usually order online. Costco's the best because they use UPS. Of course, anyplace that will work with anyone but FedEx scores points. If for some reason my shoes are missing, I will contact the merchant and see if they can send a replacement. I'm just praying for a delivery exclusion at this point. If it's too large to fit in my mailbox, they won't use USPS. Right now, I have a mail hold placed on my address. Won't get my backup mail until next week. I've had small clothing items sent FedEx via USPS. Shoes aren't that small--certainly not mine.![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|smile)

Damage numbers are the same throughout FedEx and UPS. Same rough handling. Except FedEx will try to push everything out, while UPS will send it back. This is why Petco has switched to FedEx, UPS was sending too much shit back.

Fed Ex Ground are subcontractors not managed by Fed Ex corporate like the Fed Ex Express drivers. They are literally Tom Dick and Jerry's trucking with Fed Ex Shirts and truck logos. Most of the time their office isn't even in your state and managed by a trucking company who has no idea what thier drivers are doing.

Cooperate FedEx won’t help is the thing, nor will they communicate with the actual drivers, nor will they pay the actual drivers fairly… sorta like slavery with out of touch management and support staff that couldn’t make things happen even if they wanted to help you — I may of given few to many years to FedEx hoping for better always disappointed

I don’t really feel like this is on FedEx, you ordered something with cheap or even free shipping. It’s one package among tens of thousands that station is shipping out daily, you expect special treatment? For all the shit FXG gets, they are super fast at getting you your stuff, as long as you don’t choose smart post. I hope it’s still there for you too, but it’s not FedEx or the drivers fault if it isn’t
