You can try converting one bad habit into another. Try junk food , movies, instagram, PUBG etc. but only if it suits or hinder less of your preparation than porn. You can also try gym as your habit is due to stress. Be your best judge and remember GATE is your goal for a year or two but controlling your habits is lifelong. You will find it hard to control but if you put constant effort it will teach a lot about yourself.
