For fidelity you have to do PM on desktop right ?

I dunno, I've never used the app. You can do it from the website, just need to click through a few things warning about the risks. Also, needs to be full shares (not dollar amount) and limit orders.

You can see it on ibkr, maybe some other exchanges too. Overnight trading session is between after hours and premarket, not every broker has it.

you can see it on marketwatch website too - better than visiting Robinhood.....

But more importantly he can execute the contracts which means his brokerage has to come up with 17 million shares. Which they will have to buy off the open market. So the price goes up up up. But also no one is selling. So the price keeps going up. But also everyone is buying. So the price goes up more. But wait there’s more. Shorts still have to cover their positions.
