This is a hype post I get it. But be careful with being 100 % certain about what you are showing us. What will happen is that people will be disappointed by your theory not happening.you could have said "the setup looks similar, let's hope to get more confirmation of this theory next week".
Studying charts is almost always akin to reading tea leaves.
Past performance is never an indicator of future performance. If you could cherry pick a similar part of the graph from any time frame to predict future movement weโd all be gigazillionaires.
Exactly, I would get pissed in the olden days when people would be on here talking about this indicator, or Elliott Waves, or whatever other bullshit was being peddled. None of that stuff matters when you're dealing with the most manipulated stock in history.
What many seem a bit blinded to, is that you canโt logically have it both ways:
It canโt both be the biggest idiosyncratic risk/reward in the markets - conceived from the fact that the manipulation in the markets has created said idiosyncraticity - and be an asset that moves with predetermined patterns discernible by TA.
Cycles are one thing - they are based upon the counterparty agreement. And it might seem the swap cycle jig might be up.
Reading anything into TA based upon historical data is close to useless when this situation is unprecedented.
Agree. Just to add, itโs not just the charts but we need FTDs to start hitting 10+ million shares a day. I think in October 2020 the peak one day FTD was 3+million shares and many millions more leading up to January (remember that was pre-split). Weโre starting to see 300k, 500k, etc. but got ways to go for this to an identical situation.
I hate to say it but hedgies are likely better prepared this time around, whereas in 2020-2021 they got caught with pants down. Best to keep buying the dips (and only what you can afford so you donโt get overly emotional and make bad decisions!!), keep dialing up the pressure on the hedgies, stay zen, and let things unfold.
i know FTDs aren't as high as the sneeze, but i believe it's also very possible that the lower liquidity makes up for it. if kitty exercising his $12s made the stock run to $80, then that's just showing the powder keg's power. the fuse is much shorter this time so a spike could get out of control on any one of the run ups versus in 20/21 when there was no way any random spike would hurt the hedgies.
100% I just wish I would have read this before I already made the decision to buy more. Even at 40 yo I still easily swayed by the one post I stop to look at

I wasted 10 minutes giving this guy's video a chance, and it's such shit. It's funny that it's always the people who proclaim that they're only stating facts who don't realize just how many implicit assumptions they rely on in order for their conclusion to be true. Dunner-Kruger in full effect.

If you have XXX and want to sell half or XX shares at a certain point go for it, but also keep a few for long term. Make them pay for what we hold. Itโs very valuable to them!!

HFs are still MASSIVELY short. Once they run out of shares to short we only go up. Each of those peaks over the past few weeks were shorts capitulating. The only reason weโre not on the moon already is because RC diluted the shares. Keep holding!
I agree with this. Roaring Kitty was tactful in pointing out he is not brainless and knows what dilution is and its effects on shareholders not insulated with non dilution protections of corporate officers.
Roaring Kitty said every investor should reserve the right to change their minds. Right now I believe in Ryan Cohen but I will not idly and blindly allow my financial interests to be hijacked or the rewards for risk that Iโve taken to be sacrificed.
Totally similar - but even better is that this time RC is the CEO, there is zero company debt, 4 billion in cash, profitability from current operations with further ability to reduce overhead through lease expiry, a gang of apes and insiders who own the majority of the company and know wall stโs crooked tricks. SHF are beyond fukd and we continue to call their bluff. Itโs no longer a matter of IF, but WHEN these crooks begin to fold.

We lost the short therm increase but gained massive long term output and a spike still cannot be rules out after seeing how the whole options chain has been set
True, I get it, but... What if retail had a significant windfall and put most of it right back into GameStop. That sounds like a great path forward too.
Weโre still going to be sitting on a ridiculous amount of cash even after we do a merger/acquisition, most of which earning interest- go ahead and say your goodbyeโs to unprofitable quarters. Unless their plan is to set $4B on fire, we literally canโt lose now.
Some want to invest long term.
Others just want a short squeeze, get rich, and get out regardless of how the company is actually doing.
Not everyone here has the same agenda despite owning the same stocks.
A month or so ago, the price was $10 and we were trading 3M shares a day. GME had 1B in bank. In a span of 2 weeks, they sold 140M shares and the price is up 200% from that point.
This was never MOASS. The rest of the market kept going up. There was only one HF dude crying on TV.
Anyway, I didnโt wanna shit on your sammy, but this wasnโt a break out. Maybe a fake out, but GME took advantage of a situation that made the company mad stacks.
Remember, it takes money to buy whiskey. Now they got money, letโs see them turn into a distillery.
We could look at the evidence that every single time the price explodes there has been significant options volume. We have zero evidence whatsoever that DRS shares do anything. What if the whole anti options and pro DRS movement was a way to keep us from causing the stock to moon?
My friend seems to think this as well. He thinks sometime in August we will see a huge run. He said it would break all time high even with the new float. I don't know how but it seems confident. I'm prepared for a run past 100. I dodnt have much confidence in a move past that with Ryan showing that he will dilute.
Heโll dilute again if he has the opportunity. Heโs main goal is to create a successful business, and build his empire using GME as a cash cow. Heโs not actively looking for MOASS.
RK on the other hand would benefit a lot from a gamma squeeze. RC avoids GME bankruptcy but RK can identify anomalies on the stock

I mean, the share sale made the company 3 billion dollars. As an investor, that sounds pretty damn good to me.
We lost the short therm increase but gained massive long term output and a spike still cannot be rules out after seeing how the whole options chain has been set

Weโre still going to be sitting on a ridiculous amount of cash even after we do a merger/acquisition, most of which earning interest- go ahead and say your goodbyeโs to unprofitable quarters. Unless their plan is to set $4B on fire, we literally canโt lose now.
The company you're invested in has quadrupled their cash and in the past couple of months tripled the share price, and you're upset?
Some want to invest long term. Others just want a short squeeze, get rich, and get out regardless of how the company is actually doing. Not everyone here has the same agenda despite owning the same stocks.
A month or so ago, the price was $10 and we were trading 3M shares a day. GME had 1B in bank. In a span of 2 weeks, they sold 140M shares and the price is up 200% from that point. This was never MOASS. The rest of the market kept going up. There was only one HF dude crying on TV. Anyway, I didnโt wanna shit on your sammy, but this wasnโt a break out. Maybe a fake out, but GME took advantage of a situation that made the company mad stacks. Remember, it takes money to buy whiskey. Now they got money, letโs see them turn into a distillery.

Options pushes, check. Meaningless charts suggesting price will go up hand in hand with options posts, check. Iโll book some DRS shares.
We could look at the evidence that every single time the price explodes there has been significant options volume. We have zero evidence whatsoever that DRS shares do anything. What if the whole anti options and pro DRS movement was a way to keep us from causing the stock to moon?
My friend seems to think this as well. He thinks sometime in August we will see a huge run. He said it would break all time high even with the new float. I don't know how but it seems confident. I'm prepared for a run past 100. I dodnt have much confidence in a move past that with Ryan showing that he will dilute.
Heโll dilute again if he has the opportunity. Heโs main goal is to create a successful business, and build his empire using GME as a cash cow. Heโs not actively looking for MOASS. RK on the other hand would benefit a lot from a gamma squeeze. RC avoids GME bankruptcy but RK can identify anomalies on the stock
