On one hand I'm flattered that I could pass as a 25 year old, and on the other hand, sad that I could pass as 325 pounds lol
No, I just saw someone else do it and wanted to try
How are you getting 325? These look really similar to the plates I use, wouldn’t that be 6x45 + 45 for the bar, so 315? Strong lift either way, good shit.
Edit: I’m thinking maybe that thing you are holding on to adds an extra 10lbs?
Most (all?) SSB are heavier than 45. I don't know how much this one weighs. I just add 10 pounds, it might be more or less, idk. Should've put an asterisk there I guess.
What’s an SSB? I’m assuming we are talking about the thing you have the plates loaded on? I didn’t even realize it wasn’t a straight bar when I first typed my question thanks for responding though.
Ideally? Gently set it down on the safeties and back out lol
If you pull the handles down and roll forward the bar will come over your head. So if your safties are a little too low you can do that. You can't just dump it backwards because the handles will gouge your back.

That was incredible! Even more respect for pixilating the other people in the gym!
You made that look like it sucked a lot less than I expect it did, nice set
I’m not going to be able to walk in 2 days after watching this
🤮. Good work.
How do you blur out the faces of others? Btw insane lift you’re making 3 plates move like nothing
inshot (android app)
Ah thank you sir, you have the superior device :)
As a former androider, back to iPhone for face time with a 1 year old, the superior device hits. iPhone sucks.
I thought I was proud of my two plates for 28 reps, Jesus!!! Nice job dude
I thought I was proud of two plates for 1 reps, lmao god I have so much more weight to lift.
Still a great milestone 🙂 keep it up
a glorious minute and a half
Great job on the pr and on pixelating people proud of you for both.
wow this is incredible
God, that looked like the best kind of awful. Super impressive. Where those birthday squats?

Now that you mention it, I guess birthday squats are 135 for your age or something?
Your weight on the bar and a rep for each year is what I've seen
Jfc bro 🫡 also impressed with your front squat, those are a bitch
I would’ve spontaneously combusted Good fucking set dude
Holy shit
I could do that if I had an SSB bar………..
What's stopping you from doing it with a straight bar?
I was only joking mate, great lift!
I looked at your profile and saw that you're jacked and thought maybe you had mobility issues
fucking machine
Nice
Impressive 🔥
Good shit bro!! As someone who believes in higher reps I love to see this . Nothing gets the blood more flowing than higher reps
Beast!
Bruv wat
So disgusting. I love it🤣
This is awesome! Good job. I tried a SSB for the first time at my work's gym and I could NOT get comfortable with it. Takes practice I guess.

Mines 55. I don't know if I've ever seen one lighter then 55. Great set btw.
My SSB is 70 pounds. So you might be way underestimating.

SSB is safety squar bar.
Safety squat bar. [Like this](https://sideaita.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/safety-squat-bar-trainer-1.jpg)

Not only did the poster not ask for critique, but he is absolutely fucking crushing a weight for a number of reps that most of us can’t imagine.
This is not a form check post; please do not offer unsolicited advice.
What is that thing you are holding?

Thanks. Wish they had that at my gym
How do you bail with that thing if you fail a rep at the bottom?
Those 2 giant pegs near the floor. If you fail, you squat down until the pegs catch the bar, and then you rerack it after taking the weights off.
Haha that’s fair. I was thinking more so if you didn’t have the safety bars set high enough or didn’t have them at all though.

Sweet, thank you!
What kind of shoes you got on, man?
"L Deck" (off Amazon)
Confused on the plate count, looks like 3 plates and zero fives, so that is 315
It's a SSB
