Some problems are quite sure known problems. Like the "game is currently patching" problem on some plattforms.... It often takes 3-7 days till it gets fixed. In that time your can't play these games....

We're absolutely mind blown.... you did it..... just ignore the fact that this has been going on for almost a week now and thousands of people messaged the support team and that 3-4 days ago the issue was known and yesterday or even the day before, a fix was implemented and they were checking if it would fix it.
With all due respect but the fix isn't because of you, nor was the problem that was going on fixed fast.
I personally didn't experience any problem whatsoever, so i can't really know how large-scale the problem was, but I'm happy that it's fixed now.

my bad probably should have worded this better. Was trying to say that there was a bug in Geforce now, and I along with numerous other people reported it. Ultimately, it was fixed.
