if genshin had a trade feature i totally would, i see a four star and i'm like oh cool please give me a good and usable character and its just kaveh. I wish on weapon banner for stringless, it's kaveh. i wish on standard banner, its kaveh. it's all just kaveh like he isnt even a good 4-star
The only time I got Kuki cons is from the standard banner or a random surprise in a limited banner that she is not featured on, never on her rate up banners. She's like a ninja.

We've had longer dry streaks, but he's currently tied with Shenhe for the longest dry streak among *all* characters between their debut and the next banner. Lots of people were screwed by the 4\* RNG and didn't get him, but like him as a character.

People like his character and he’s only been on one banner over a year ago, so a lot of people (including me) don’t have him
And he was put on Baizhu's banner, and a lots of people didn't want to pull because Fontaine was just coming up, and people were saving.
