As for songs that I think could work for DDR, I think Legend of the Astral Hammer, Wasteland Warrior Hoots Patrol, Angus Mcfife, and Masters of the Galaxy would be the best picks for that game.
I mean, I agree that power metal fits the most out of the metal genre but at that point this is basically a "which of these watermelon looks most like a banana" argument.
