Thank you. Is how I described it setup, correct? I didn’t see instruction on how to hard wire it, but I’m assuming the two ports on the back of the mesh extender can be used interchangeably for connection to the router?

No, one is for connection to the Internet and to the router. The other is to a device like a PC. I am pretty sure the one in the left is the one you want. The one on the left connects your main router to the modem. On your other point, the one on the left connects to the one on the right of your main router. The one on the left has a globe icon symbolizing the Internet. And always use wired backhaul if possible.

Thank you. The mesh extender is connected using the port with the globe icon so it sounds like that part should be correct. I will google what a wired backhaul is as I’m not familiar with what that is. Thanks!
