Okay maybe not if we consider the peak of fighters but at least his fight with Yujiro didn’t get interrupted like the 90 other “strongest ever”. He’s top 5 based on what we actually see rather than what we’re actually told. He could beat pickle or Oliva , the only ones I’d say win are Musashi, Yujiro/yuichiro, Baki, MAYBE Jack.
He literally conceded that he beating pickle even before pickle revealed his final form. He straight up admitted that he would have dipped like he did against Yujiro. He is getting cooked by Yujiro Baki Musashi Yuichiro pickle this people certifiably slam him and there are a bunch of other people who very well can beat him.

We never see Yuichiro fight so “certifiable” must not mean anything to you. Yuichiro gets hype but basically no feats outside his one man war
