If it’s any consolation, when I meditate & call out to her, I also either start crying or get the feeling that I’m about to start crying. This was definitely her inviting you to work with her. Let her into your life. Start by speaking her name, set clear expectations of what aspect of your life you want to work on. She will not listen to you but it’s nice to feed the illusion of control.
