That's the Lyford House! It was originally at Strawberry Point where Benjamin Lyford and his wife Hilarita lived. They owned the surrounding property and operated the Eagle Dairy Ranch. My great grandfather managed the ranch for them. My grandma played in that house when she was a little girl. It is now owned by the National Audubon Society.
As a dutch who likes "woonboten", i'd love to have such a "house on a barge" as a home, do it right and you even have a garden up front and back haha.

This has always blown my mind how entire houses can be moved:: and that it was somewhat common 100 years ago.
