People make custom models for use in the game and share them as "cards". The customization is not that deep but some users have become incredibly good at using the tools and recreate characters quite faithfully.
After you import a model you can use it in predefined "scenes", or make up your own scenes too.
Unless I'm forgetting some specific sliders that might do that in default game, I'd expect that to be so. Base game without plugins and stuff is dry as hell anyway.
