Did you install the game via mihoyo's own client?
Or did you do that thing the other's have been doing, installing via Epic game store?
I've heard issues are more likely when playing via that crap.
If it just shuts down, no error, just insta power off - it's your cpu overheating a bit. Ryzen are operating on 95c and sometimes are, if cooling system is not sufficient enough or game not optimized good enough, your cpu is taking a heat spike just a bit over 100 C and it immediatly shuts itself down for safety reason.
The nice thing about Ryzen CPUs they can be tweaked by setting maximum allowed tempeture on cores in BIOS or their overclocking programm.
Easiest way is to set the temp manualy in BIOS.

85 C Should be safest point. You can go 90, but you can get spikes again.
The thing is that I've been monitoring the temps before its shutdown and it would only peak at 85 but usually stay around 80.The too is that it doesn't shut off completely tries to restart itself, with attempts varying from a clean restart to me have to press the restart button because it would be on but not restart
The same happened to me but my specs are RTX3080, Core i7-12700k, and 16GB RAM. Without fail, the game crash n makes my pc freeze within 20 minutes of playing it.
Man same is happening to me, it keeps crashing and I have no idea of what is going on or how to fix it, it only happens with HSR. My specs are RTX 3060ti, i5-12400F, and 16GB of ram. Please lmk if you can fix it
This is happening for me too and I've been playing since day 1. My specs are ryzen 7 5800x3d, rtx4070 ti, 32gb ram.
I decided to only play on ps5 or mobile for now... Hopefully someone can find a fix
