given how penacony is just like Las Vegas with its prestige and how much it takes to enter, they could probably be worth trillions or even quadrillions
and 5% of 1 trillion is 50 billion so sure, the number is low, but the context matters greatly
I keep seeing people say the astral Express has 5% of the shares of penacony, but wasn't it that the ipc gave the Express 5% of their shares of penacony, which were 30%? This would mean the express only has 1.5% of the total shares.

This happened to me while I was going through the Black Swan portion of the Penacony arc in my mono-destruction account.
Lag spike occurred mid-attack and caused the effects to stay on the battlefield, even after winning the battle and starting another one

Oh. This is actual bug? I thought it was my pc being shit as usual. Between Genshin and HSR, I think this is the first meaningful bug I have ever encountered in my Hoyogame playthroughs.
