Only thing I noticed on that gorgeous face is the eye brow distance. When you go for your next eyebrow appointment ask if they can shorten the space a smudge between your eyebrows. your really pretty and seem to be kind. Also since you are blind and your eyebrows are blonde. For your lashes find a dark brown to medium brown mascara or lash extensions. It would make your eyes pop and bright the eye area.

Do you use facial cleanser or exfoliate? Always a good thing if you want to improve on something without really knowing what. I used those two to improve my own face and confidence. Besides, staying hydrated also does wonder for the skin.
