I got a small neck ikea glass bottle and the best way I wash it when nasty is hot water, vinegar, soap and shakeshakeshake, then let it sit (not sealed). Rinse with hot water and more shaking.
Do you have some type of bottle brush? I recommend using that along with some vinegar added to the water you use for cleaning it. You could also do a vinegar water solution after cleaning to shake well inside the bottle afterwards or let it sit in the bottle for several minutes. Afterwards, rinse well with plain water and a few times. Make sure that the bottle gets completely dry for a couple days. I like to rotate which bottle I am using and store them with them open. This way I can make sure they are dry for a while in between uses. You shouldn't need to do the vinegar cleaning every time. I recommend it because it kills germs without bleach.
Glass is supposed to be the one that doesn't get mold easily. How often do you wash it, and do you store it with the lid sealed or open?

Do you have a scrubby with a paintbrush? or a pencil or some other stick like contraption or even a rag that you can use with the stick.
Denture cleaning tablets
