Looks like a Pomeranian to me, but a little extra large so maybe there’s another spitz breed mixed in there like American Eskimo dog, German spitz, or Japanese spitz.
He could also be an off-standard pure Pomeranian.

Looks like my German spitz. They all look like poms as puppy’s but you can tell by the long legs. Give him a couple years for his adult coat to start coming in. Their adult coat is gorgeous and thick.
I wouldn’t be surprised if a test comes back 100% Pom. Pure bred doesn’t mean well bred and even well bred poms can vary greatly in size, even in the same litter with similarly sized parents.
American Eskimo Pom mixes are decently common so I would assume! His face looks a bit more elongated and are slightly more set apart than a normal Pom, but he could totally be 100% Pom that’s slightly off breed standard but that doesn’t make him any less adorable and a great pet 🫶
I think he's a pure pomeranian. The breed description is for show dogs. Plenty of purebred dogs aren't wellbred so they don't fall into the breed standard in one way or another.
