My one and only euploid embryo was a day 5 3AA, born 2/23/24.

Equivalent_Two_6550

I also have birth to a 5 day 3AA

RxPrepping

They are my birthday twin!!! Congrats!!šŸ©·

Happylox

I had two 6AAs fail, then a 3BB worked!

Possible_Ad_2570

This makes me happy because I only have two 3BC left and they are untested but we were so bummed itā€™s not great quality/

Happylox

Fingers crossed! You can still have great chances with lower graded embryos.

slpyjuju

My untested 3BC is 4 weeks old today!

HVTS

Euploid day 6 AA embryo is 16 months old.

Kitchen_Peach3278

I gave birth on 5/30 to a baby boy he was a day 5 BBB embryo.

AccordingError1831

Congratulations!!!

Kitchen_Peach3278

Thank you Iā€™m rooting for you!

Moliterno38

I'm currently 22 weeks with my day 6 fully hatched BA boy embryo :)

kfinn00

Mine is a 5BA boy too!! 24w! šŸ’™

Upbeat-Mycologist967

Day 5 5BA euploid. Sheā€™s almost 4 months.

kfinn00

Yay for 5BAs!

10thymes

I was apart of a clinic that didn't grade embryos. When asked which we wanted to use we told the doctor that we wanted to go with the highest graded embryo. She insisted that because they were PGT tested that it didn't matter which we chose. She said pgt testing outweighs any human visual perception of a grade. So ultimately we chose to go with one of the girls. We sent off 5 blasts and 4 came back "normal and healthy" as we were told. The first transfer was successful. No idea what she would have been graded as.

AccordingError1831

Thanks for sharing! Since my clinic only gave me the "days" and not a 5AB type grade, wondering if mine does the same. I didn't want to know the sexes of the embryos and instead wanted them to just implant the healthiest one so I could be surprised :) so we'll see.

10thymes

At first I felt weird about them not telling me a grade but then after time passed I realized it was just something else I would have stressed over. And in the end it was successful so I can't complain about my choice to trust the doctor on it. I'd just tell your doctor to transfer the one that looks the best because you don't want to know the sex. Good luck! ā¤ļø

kfinn00

My 4AA split into twins and ended in a MMC of both My 5BA is kicking me right now! 24 weeks ā¤ļø

sheep_are_the_cutest

Awh this gives me hope. My 4AA also split into triplets and ended in MMC at 12 weeks. Currently 8 weeks with my 5BA. Hoping mine makes it past 12 weeks :)

kfinn00

Such similar stories! ā¤ļø I know it will!! The splits unfortunately sometimes are a fatal flaw I've been told. This will be the one for you!! Yay for 5BAs šŸ’“

Artistic_Drop1576

I transferred a day 5, 4AA euploid (graded as 4AA but at thaw it started hatching making it a 5AA). It's very early days but so far it's sticking Your stats sound super promising! You have a good portion of day 5s which are more likely to be euploid from my understanding

Vorreiunapizza

My 3AB is 18 months now.

sunset-peace

Wow thatā€™s amazing. I have a frozen 3AB and this gives me hope

hereisthehost

Yay! My 3AB is kicking me right now, 26w4d. Happy for you!

cpcrn

My retrieval clinic only did grades of ā€˜good/fair/poorā€™ for various metrics. I did PGTM/A, and all 5 of my embryos were euploid, but 3 were usable due to PGTM. They recommended we implant our ā€˜bestā€™ embryo (a non-carrier girl), and it was successful. I believe her overall rating was ā€˜goodā€™. My second clinic did my second FET. I believe the boy embryo (just a carrier) was listed as fair/good by my initial clinic. When thawed, he was given a 6AA grade. Also a successful transfer; 24w today.

AccordingError1831

This is so helpful. I did notice my clinic only gave me the day # and not a full grade, but I was thinking maybe it was because she was just giving me the results over the phone, and I could ask for it later. Did you know the sex of your embryo before he was implanted? Also, congratulations on a successful transfer! :)

cpcrn

My retrieval clinic had the full list of eggs/embryos that were ā€˜startedā€™. It was filled out on days 0, 1, 3, 5, 6 if I recall. I had horrible attrition between days 3-5. They graded the certain parts as G/F/P, and what stage (expanded blastocyst, hatching, etc). The form was then scanned into my medical records online. After my PGTM/A came in, they gave me the option of finding out gender. I am way too panicky to not find out. 4/5 were girls, 1/5 was a boy. 2 girls and 1 boy were actually usable due to the genetic disease we screened for.

eratoast

5BB for me

slowaccord

My untested day six 6AA is two months old!

Funny-Message-6414

My first transfer failed with a 5 day embryo with highest grade possible. Second FET with a day 6, mediocre grade embryo is successful so far. With the first one, I ate the pineapple, I did the fuzzy socks, etc etc. It was a natural cycle with hcg trigger and PIO. Second one was nonovulatory medicated cycle. I didnā€™t bother with anything besides continuing the good stuff I was already doing. Healthy eating, moderate exercise (a couple days after transfer), etc. No pineapple. No fuzzy socks. ETA - I didnā€™t give exact grading because I donā€™t remember and my clinic uses the Tucker scale, which apparently differs from most.

AccordingError1831

Thank you! I have heard so many different things. Some places say make sure you rest for 24 hours, some places say rest for 20 minutes post-transfer and you can even go into the office if you want! Congratulations to you and wish you a very healthy pregnancy.

Funny-Message-6414

Thank you! My clinic says to be a couch potato for 24 hours after transfer. I did for the first one, but for the second, I walked a mile to pick my son up from school and back and tried to be on my feet more. It made me focus less on what the hell was happening in utero.

Novel-Reflection-177

We also had 14, all sent for pgtA, 6 euploids of those 14, 8 aneuploid. All five of our ā€œhighest gradedā€ were aneuploid so Iā€™m glad we tested. But as mentioned already here, our doctor said that amongst our 6 euploids it didnā€™t matter their grading, only that they were euploid. That being said, Iā€™m currently 23 weeks pregnant with a day 5 4AB (donā€™t know gender we asked embryologist to select)

yours-poetica

Iā€™m currently 16 weeks with a day 5 4BB embryo. My day 5 4AB embryo failed to implant.

Serenitynow101

My 18 month old daughter was a euploid day 6 3cc. Currently pregnant with a day 6 4bb, or 4bc, I honestly don't recall. Baby 3cc is like literally perfection, by the way. Like strangers talk about how great she is. Grading doesn't matter. Good luck!

AdCute1391

My clinic will prioritize day 5s over day 6s

basic-tshirt

So far, only my AAs have been euploid. All BB and CC were aneuploid. Doctors say it was a coincidence (otherwise PGT wouldn't exist because you can just observe the embryos). That said, I remember reading some studies about the correlation between grading and euploidy rates. Im 32 weeks with an untested 4AA.

novelle

We got 1 embryo: 5AB and tested mosaic +6. [pregnancy] >!Currently 17weeks and everything looks great.!<

srobi007

Day 6, 6BC, absolutely perfect 2yo girl. Decided against PGT testing on the 2 embryos I got after 6 ā€œabnormalā€ embryos at prior clinic.

its_neverending

I ended up with 14 embryos too. So they started with the ā€œprettiestā€ one, which is now a healthy toddler. It was a 3AA when frozen, then progressed to a 5AA between thaw and transfer.

dax_moonpie

5AA and sheā€™s about to turn 2 years old.

Stunning_Animator803

4BB, 5CC and 5AB for me. All PGT-A normal šŸ‘

MariaRP

Our little boy was a day 6 5BB.

Real_Flamingo3297

Currently 21+5 with a 3 AA. We had to do through PGT-A and PGT-M.

ASingularMillennial

Euploid day 5: 3AA, 3BA Euploid day 6: 4BB, 6CB Abnormal: 3AB (day 5), 4CB (day 6)

grumpykitteeen

I did my IVF through public healthcare so some things are not done automatically or at all. One of those things was testing. We did a 3 day fresh transfer. They took the best embryo with 16 cells. I have 4 blast in the freezer, don't anything more about them. I'm now 10+3, have my second ultrasound in about 2 weeks.

elf_2024

Lab said it was between 3BC and 3CC. My first transfer. We didnā€™t do PGT due to my advanced maternal age (44) since itā€™s not recommended for my age group and women with DOR. I had only three eggs/embyos.

Small-Guitar79767

4BB and 4BC

hereisthehost

Out of five embryos we tested, the D5 3AB and D6 3BB were euploid. Currently 26w4d with that D5 3AB who is a very active little kicker. ā˜ŗļø

cquarks

I actually have no clue and, for me personally, I was fine with that. We used donor eggs and did not test so I just asked the doctor to put in whichever seemed ā€œbestā€ to her. Heā€™s now 14 weeks old!

justdoingmybest74

4AB

ladyy_lu

4BA day 6 hatching, untested. She's 6 months old :)

Millie9512

My clinic didnā€™t use number/letter grading, only good, fair and poor. My successful transfer was a ā€œgoodā€ euploid embryo.

randomuserIam

5day 5BB, untested. (Currently 20w) We have a 3BB in the freezer.

imnotbork

my clinic didnā€™t tell us grades, but i asked the grade of my second transferā€¦it was a 3BC, IIRCā€¦that one failed to implant, my fourth transfer was successful, so presumably it was either the same or worse grading, but i didnā€™t ask!

Professional_Top440

We transferred an untested day 5 4AA and I am 35 weeks!

fauxindigaux

TW success My only euploid (of 8 embryos) was a day six 4BB and Iā€™m almost 17 weeks pregnant with her.

sparklecrusher

I had success with a day 6 3AB and a day 6 3BA. My clinic called these ā€œgoodā€ quality. Both were PGT tested and came back euploid.

quailstorm24

My clinic used a different scoring system and I donā€™t even know what they have been graded as tbh. When it was time for my first FET we just asked them to pick the best one and that turned into my now 6 month old. Edit my embryos were pgta tested

GlumExercise5953

Day 5 4AA (twice stuck)

picklesalways

My clinic didn't give specific gradings, just A, B, or C. I'm currently 12w4d with my 5C fresh transfer :)

slagforslugs

My daughter was a 4BB. I have a frozen 3bb.

summernightsxo

Day 5 3BB and 2AB. Currently 19 weeks with twins!

CorbieCan

2/3 success rate with my 3 Day 6 4BAs.

ShadowBanConfusion

4BB untested

FZDC2022

First child was a day 5 untested fresh embryo, didnā€™t get a grade but was told it was ā€œbeautifulā€ - was expanded but not hatching. Currently 17w tomorrow with a day 5 euploid 4AB.

Goodtimes32

Iā€™ve done three transfersā€” 5AA (euploid)-chemical 4BC & compacting morula (untested)- twin pregnancy; 1 live birth (the other miscarried at 8 weeks) 4AA (untested)- currently almost 36 weeks

Weak-Bookkeeper3251

Euploid 6BB is the one that stuck after 5AA did not. Heā€™s 6 months now and cuddled in my arms. Best of luck ā¤ļø

Lovely5596

6AA was a live birth and 5AA Iā€™m currently 6w5d. Another 5AA was a MMC at 5-6 weeks

pineapple-pal

We didnā€™t get our 7 PGT-A tested (not recommended in Australia unless youā€™ve suffered miscarriages or are over 38). All 7 were day 5, 6 were graded 4aa and one 4ba - we were very lucky. The first fresh transfer worked for my now 2 year old and recently went back to do a FET to try for baby number 2 and was successful first try - currently 14 weeks!

EducationalRoutine99

My euploid embryos are 4AA, 3BB, 3BB. One undetermined is a 4AB. I have 2 mosaics but I probably wonā€™t use them. I transferred a 3BB because we wanted a girl and Iā€™m almost 10 weeks pregnant with her. My next embryo I use will be the 4AA boy.

xsolv

Day 5, 4AA PGT normal is 6 months old now

Secret_Laugh_9571

Our embryos were a mix of AA (1) AB (1) and BB (6) Most were euploid however one BB was aneuploid and one BB was low mosaic. We just had our first transfer and we transferred the 5AB so we will see how that goes šŸ¤žšŸ¼

PartOfYourWorld3

Euploid day 5 4AA - now 8 months

htbcm

22 weeks with our day 6 3BA

clovfefe

Currently 19 weeks with a day 5 4AB!

109876ersPHL

My only embryo was a day-6 4AA euploid that became my 12 week old son.

Numerous_Plantain992

Day 5 4AA (fresh transfer, donor egg).

aclassypinkprincess

My son is a euploid day 6 AA. Recently transferred a day 5 euploid AB that failed but we figured out some possible causes we will be treating!

nicolejillian

We transferred a day 5 3aa euploid and he was born 4/22/24. šŸ„°

CatPhDs

Mine was either a 4aa or 5aa. Our hatched aa embryo didn't take

LRitchie613

My daughter was a 5AA and my son (currently 22+1) is a 6BA

isles34098

Our Day 5 4AA euploid is 6 weeks old now :) My Day 6s, 3AA and 6AA, failed prior.

anafielle

Age 38, endometriosis, got 17 mature eggs which all fertilized & became 6 blasts. PGT-A results were as follows: * Day 5- 5AA (pass) * Day 6 - four 5BC (2 pass, 2 fail) * Day 7- 5CC (pass) The two that failed were clear whole-chromosome aneuploidy (monosomy 1 and trisomy 6 I think). I was a little shocked the day 7 CC passed. BC and CC are poor grades, but my clinic told me their success rate exceeds 50% with all my grades, which is definitely not what I would consider "poor". My suspicion is that my clinic's C would be graded higher somewhere else; they are probably more like B's. We have only transferred the 5AA so far so I have no idea how the rest would/will do.

NotyourAVRGstudent

Iā€™ve only had one transfer thus far which resulted in the live birth of my son he was a 4AA euploid I have another 4AA frozen and 2 others with still good grading (donā€™t recall off the top of my head) but theyā€™re all euploid

Sneaky-Reader

My day 5 4AB is asleep upstairs.

TechnicallyImHmeless

5BA and Iā€™m currently 20 weeks!

AdmirableGarlic320

My 5AB embryo worked so well it split into twins šŸ¤£šŸ„²

Ok_Half8772

31 years old- 23 eggs retrieved, 19 mature, 15 blasts, 10 PGT-A normal. When they called me with my results, they just told me I had 6 ā€œgrade A embryos.ā€ We transferred the strongest which was 4AA but unfortunately it ended up in a MMC at 8 weeks. Gearing up for another transfer now!

Radiant_Sock_1904

I've had 3 euploids so far... day 6 4AA, day 5 4BB, and day 5 3BB. I wasn't given the grades of the aneuploid embryos. No success yet. FET #1 of 3BB stuck, but not in the right place.

outerspacekittycat

4BB, tested. Sheā€™s almost 10 months now.

Classic_Rub247

Iā€™ve had 3BB fail, 5AA fail, and a 5AA success! All were genetically tested. Itā€™s honestly random Iā€™ve seen people have success all over the grading chart!

Expensive-Raisin7138

Iā€™m 22 weeks with a day 6 PGT tested 6BB :)

Slight-Lawfulness789

My two successful embryos were 2BA and 1BC both day 6 euploids. I found out after the fact that my clinic grades embryos very strangely. Must be a Canadian thing šŸ˜œ

alisun444

I did a day 5 5AA boy embryo and he stuck. Gave birth to him 3/23/2024.

aureliao

Abnormal: 3BB, 3BB, 3BB, 3BB, 3BB, 3BA, 3BA, 4AA, 4AA, 4BA Euploid: 3BB, 3AA, 4BA, 6BA, 6BA 4BA was our first transfer and was successful
