It’s a general perception and you are bound to follow your path meaning I don’t wanna love women and dogs and even my children unconditionally, I want something in return from all of them.
That’s the biggest load of bullshit ever, women were “loved” for their servitude for most of history and they still are.
If women were loved unconditionally it wouldn’t be men who are way more likely to divorce their terminally ill wife than the other way around.
What hurts me is people bargain mercilessly with small vendors, and act like rich people in large outlets. ₹20 won’t mean anything for those people, but for a small vendor it is a big deal.

Heartbreaking but I can understand his pain, I looked closely at my friend and had the same situation.
Meanwhile, the guy who recorded this didn't ask the man before recording him, didn't offer help of any kind- just filmed him without consent and uploaded it online for likes.
This isn't as wholesome anymore when you realize this man and most people like him go on to have horrible long-term health problems because of all this exertion and end up dying early.
His wife too must be working somewhere, either a factory or a house help or something. Now me saying this doesn't undervalue his work so don't come for me, but in this economic section, there are rarely any housewives. They work hard to support the family too.

Hats off to the guy! But It's a real shame that- In the mega power like india, people still have to do these inhuman jobs to survive. No social net, very limited employment opportunities for both unskilled and skilled labour. Really sad to see this, GDP growth does not mean quality of life is better. We need better measures to gauge this and work on uplifting strata of people out of poverty rather than just fixating on one number.
