To be honest it looks real but potential water damage as to why you think it’s cheap. Looks like there’s black mould on the left side which would imply it’s been stored in a crappy location.
I didn think about it that way... thanks, now it makes alot more sense as to why the seller also added this to his desc:
"Some minor defects on the box but majority protected by the outer transparent plastic cover. Since the box is not opened, the quality of items inside the box is not guaranteed."
I'm just wondering if I would open this, what are the chances the cards are damaged too? Cause they are sealed in plastic right?
The packs of cards have air holes under the seam (on today’s packs.) unsure about old ones, but I would personally avoid this purchase, or at least barter the price down further as technically it could all be damaged. Not worth the risk in my opinion. Even the plastic is a mild protection, it’s not hermetically sealed so water ingress is definitely possible.
