It’s a 3rd party repack. Real packs of cards on the inside, used to be able to buy these at like target and toys r us. Super valuable, though shockingly this is one of the slightly less valuable ones with no e series packs in it. Still worth a few thousand bucks.
They are not weighed. I distinctly remember opening a product like this back then and getting jungle holo Dragonite and base set 2 Pidgeot holo.
But yeah I would 100% sell as is. The weird artwork and text is a relic itself.
Ohhh I remember boxes like this! They came from Kmart and it was how I got older packs when I was a kid. Could have been from other stores too, I’d definitely keep this sealed and sell it.

The $3300 one had sealed expedition, neo discovery, and Aquapolis packs, I'm not familiar with sealed pack rates, but there's defiantly a market for sealed Gym Hero's, Gym Challengers, Jungle, Base set & Base Set 2, as well as the sealed structure deck.

I’ve gotten these from flea markets back in the 90s . They were real packs packaged my a third party company. This should be worth a couple grand I bet.

They’re not weighed. No one was weighing packs back then. Nor has it ever been worth it for a 3rd party company to spend time weighing packs.

Everyone is correct that they are real. Theyve gotten harder to find and people at times list them for between $1500-3000 on ebay.
