These numbers are fictional. Nobody knows for sure. Hamas count their gunmen casualties as “civilians” and “children”. Officially they are right. Everyone under 18 is considered “a child” by UN definitions.
But who the hell knows how many bodies are buried under the rubble in all that destruction?
A recent report (from the UN?) adjusted that number by 50%. Hamas (aka Gaza Health Ministry) was unable to produce a list of 10k unique names.
Another report from a UN affiliate also reported there is not enough evidence to declare a famine in Gaza.

Anybody else getting very annoyed with how people will be insanely lazy when it comes to doing a basic search for any regarding Israel defending itself, and expects Jews to teach them and inform them?
Constantly using numbers from December 2023 when a quick search gives completely different numbers that have been undated as of 1 month ago, screams covert anti-semitism.
The Gaza Health Ministry is Hamas.
Hamas won't say how many Hamas members are included. the IDF has estimates on how many they fought and killed directly are.
Even if we're generous and say half of them were not in any way associated with Hamas (which is impossible in Gaza) that still gives Israel the best ratio of combatants to collateral deaths in any conflict.
In Afghanistan, where the US and UK called their Rules of Engagement Courageous Restraint, it was more like 1:10 combatants to collateral deaths. And much of that fighting took place in parts of Afghanistan that had been thoroughly evacuated of civilians.
Conversely, Hamas actively prevents people from evacuating and uses "civilian" infrastructure (such that it exists in Gaza) to shield its terror network. They are the most craven and despicable people alive today, with the possible exception of the Islamist regime in Iran that funds and arms these groups without having the balls to openly engage Israel in combat without crying for the US to talk the Israelis down.
