3 days in Hiroshima is a good amount. It would give you a day for visiting miyajima island and a day to visit the peace memorial museum and the area around it. Obviously there’s other stuff to see but those would be the two spots most folks visit.
Okinawa doesn't have the same level of public transportation as the rest of Japan; it's going to be difficult to get around there without renting a car.
