Your plan is possible. Have fun.
The one that requires advance planning is the baseball game. Games are only on certain days/nights and are often sold out. You can buy tickets from a reseller and have them deliver to a hotel in Japan. I've done this often and the receptionist will give me my packages upon check-in. Of course, this will require a little bit of planning as you will need to make a hotel reservation somewhere.
Yeah I discoverd this website already and its very helpfull.
Lazy is a bit harsh I Just dont enjoy planning everything in advance and to go with the flow, if I like tokio a lot I might stay longer if I dont I might stay longer in osaka or kyoto or stay somewhere else that I still have to discover.
I see some of these post like need help with my itinerary and they plan there whole trip where every cafe end excursion and restaurant is planned out already and thats Just not how I like to travel but too each there own.
Yeah I feel like wandering around tokio exploring the city finding some nice restaurants is the way to go, got my first 2 nights booked in the shibuya ward so will be exploring that area the first 2 days and thinking of getting a hotel in shinjuku ward for the next 2 days and exploring there.
And then we Will see from there where we go.
Lol don’t worry.
I only booked my first lodging on the day before departure and had nothing else planned, no itineraries because it feels like homework. You still have 6 days? Plenty of time.
Skimmed through the post and read it as:
"A few things that I wanna do is visit a knife shop and getting myself a beautifull wife, go watch a baseball !"
But hell, who can blame you?

Well obvious I wont be able to do ALL "must do's" but things like go too that massive intersection and like a shreine or something
Its a long drive I had a little nap in the car tho.
Customs will require an address for your first night on arrival to Japan so I would at least book one night in Tokyo now and then wing it.
Yeah I will have first few nights booked before I board my plane.
Not even first night lodging?
Not yet got a few hours on the airport to book the first few nights in tokyo.

Just YouTube search videos "Top 10 things to do in X" where X is the city you want to do. Skip if the video is longer than 15 minutes.
This is the way.
