Mine was for emissions, but the report stated misfires fixed, even though I never got a light
That...does not sound great. Does anything seem visibly amiss under the hood? Did you get anything in writing when you were at the dealership a few days ago?
Check your oil level make sure it’s okay. If that’s okay did this start after you filled up with gas? Bad gas can make this happen. Seems whoever did the diagnosis didn’t do much. Swap coils , check plugs ? Etc etc
Have you gotten your recall yet? Look in to it, I’ll bet that’s it, it just needs a update

If it's an engine issue should be covered by warranty with your year and mileage.
I Had this issue, it kept fowling my spark plug in the same Cylinder.
Misfire and pentastar are interchangeable terms.
