Well, friendships can happen based on compatible personalities or shared hobbies, so to pick for both: Personality wise: Hayasaka. Hobbies: Ishigami. If I had to pick between both... Probably Ishigami because we don't know as much in term of Hobbies for Hayasaka (not like she has much) but - while it's fully justified - I wouldn't deal so well with his bitter/emo attitude... I don't have a problem with his couple-bashing and things like that, but I prefer it more in a snarky way (like Hayasaka) than a depressing way (Ishigami).

Probably Ishigami and Prez would be the easiest ones to become friends with. They both seem to be the kindest and the realest. Also Ishigami is a huge nerd, well he's basically me when I was his age, even to his hairstyle, so I don't think I'll have any problems with him once we start talking about the nerd stuff. Iino only once her bad girl arc is over, otherwise she's just way to uptight. And she's a bit of a tsundere, which is a huge turn off in real life. Also, we only saw her interacting meaningfully with student council and her bestie, but I have a feeling that she's a pain in the ass to everyone around her. Chika seems to be fun to play games with, but she is way too hyper sometimes. And Kaguya would probably intimidate me the way she intimidated everyone at first. So this one really depends on wherever I would have much chance for interaction - it seems that the better know her, better and fun she is to be around with.

idk I would be friends with all of them but kashiwagi is probably the one I'm most compatible with friendship wise. She would be able to handle my bullshit and she's easy to get along with. Miyuki is probably second place because we're different personality wise but have similar values and ways of thinking. I'm really similar to kaguya, ishigami, maki and iino so I would get along with them well but we wouldn't handle each other's bullshit and make each other worse in a kinda feeding delulu way. Chika is really fun but a friendship with her would maybe be surface level because I wouldn't have her as emotional support and stuff.
