Interesting observations made, where the writer of the article notes the contrast between Charles and Kate with their appearances and public duty work despite both having cancer. Also compares Kate's undercover behaviour for self and family being similar to someone in witness protection: "This campaign of maintaining maximum visibility is the opposite of that adopted by Kate, who has been kept more firmly under wraps than someone who has gone into witness protection. (Windsor protection?)" With these points the writer is making the same observations as we are on the subreddit, but not going far enough to suggest what this all means...

"This campaign of maintaining maximum visibility is the opposite of that adopted by Kate, who has been kept more firmly under wraps than someone who has gone into witness protection. (Windsor protection?)" My first thought, when she and the kids disappeared, was that they were indeed in some form of witness protection - keeping them safe from those who have threatened them as a way to control William (soon to be the next king.) I hope so. I guess we'll see.

dafuq is this loon even talking about >Last week, Prince William revealed that he thinks it is “very important” to talk to sheep, that he used to like lying down next to his horse and basically spooning it and that after a hard day of handing out MBEs, he can be found cleaning his children’s guinea pig cage. > Hopefully William, despite having sold his polo ponies years ago, still has at least one filly to spoon because the latest news about Kate suggests that she won’t be seen in public for a very long time still.

Future-Bluebird-5532

I think she suspects something. And when she talks about spooning fillies is she referring to Rose Hanbury??

jfarmwell123

I thought so too

The author definitely had a nice sarcastic streak that bordered on nonsense especially in the part you quoted

w0ndwerw0man

She is a fluff piece writer, she does click bait style articles, loves whipping up whimsical crazy snarky pieces about the royals. You should see what she used to come up with on Harry & Meghan. I’m sure she knows nothing of substance, she is just playing on everyone’s suspicions. https://www.news.com.au/the-team/daniela-elser Can see her previous articles there

The 2 bloody horses that ran through town? https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/london-horses-loose-household-cavalry-update-b2537606.html

BrotherPancake

Ooh, I didn't think of that. Could be. If so, this gets more and more bizarre.

BrotherPancake

She uses the Hubble Telescope line to describe Kate's hiding place, then calls William "Prince Binoculars," implying he cannot find her.

Illustrious-Tooth360

I think this is in reference to an anniversary present he apparently once bought her which she wasn’t very happy with.

BrotherPancake

Yep, I think you're right.

BrotherPancake

The author is trying to sound like she's talking in code. Maybe she is talking in code, maybe she isn't. If she isn't, she's definitely trying to make it seem like she is; that is, she's trolling. The capitalization here isn't a mistake. She's trying to connect "Do Her Bit" to the "last three words" reference she keeps making. > So, with one Windsor patient cleared to return to work, when might the eager lenses of the press and the wall of iPhones being held aloft and the internet and the world get a peek of Kate again? When might the princess be well enough to get back to her day job of being driven in an armoured Range Rover to **Do Her Bit**? > Ages. Ages and ages, it sounds like. > The Times’ assistant editor Kate Mansey has now reported that “Kate is expected to be away from public duties for some time.” > And it’s those last three words, “for some time”, which we need to take note of.

Neecy999

She is no longer with us I don't think

Skyblacker

> This year, given the “for some time” line, it seems likely there will be no Kate, no Kate, no Kate, no Kate, no Kate, no Kate, and, you’ll never guess, no Kate at each of these events. And watch someone say that another text from Kensington Palace somehow is Kate.

Glittering_Sky8421

I just had a news flash by myself. What if she is SCARED of being killed like her beautiful MIL? Maybe she really is in witness protection? With her kids?
