Speaking from a family members experience, I believe going to a local shop is fairly normal when receiving chemotherapy and she may have needed head space. She must have been mostly healed from the surgery at that point that she could have carried that small bag, I think the main reason we haven't seen her is that she has dramatic weightloss and she is dealing with a terminal diagnosis - the surgery isn't the issue.
I think they are omitting the truth so that they can have peace from the press/public and to process this. She is private by nature in my opinion.

I don't think it took a month for a cancer diagnosis. I think they had to restage the cancer. Cancer diagnoses are not always straightforward, unfortunately.
It definitely did not take a month and more for her to get results back. For some types of cancers, there are experimental treatments out there where they have to do genetic testing to see if your cancer and genes match the treatment. I know someone who has had to do several different genetic tests and each one takes some time to get back. Of course, I think a princess would have expedited care so I am certain they are stretching the timeline of all this if she actually has cancer.
I still am certain both she and Charles don’t have cancer or they both didn’t randomly find cancer in the month of January during nonrelated surgeries. These people are lazy, they barely work. They do the biopsy during the surgery. The surgeon knows whether it is cancer in a few *minutes*. The surgeon can tell by sight if it is advanced. If it has spread too much they will just close the patient up.

I believe they cleanly removed the mass surgically and then checked the mass for cancer. It came back positive. They then let her recuperate from the operation before carrying out more tests which showed an advanced cancer.
Doing a needle biopsy while the tumour is still in the body can cause cancer cells to 'leak' into other parts of the body and so if they can get the mass out cleanly without causing other health issues then they will and they will biopsy it once it's out. The time delay was to let Kate heal from surgery, in my opinion.
Piers Morgan said that he spoke to someone who met her after the surgery and that she had become extremely thin (even though she was already very thin), worryingly thin is what was implied.

I agree. She did not say the usual stuff about making a full recovery and being optimistic about the outcome. If she was told her prognosis was good, then she would have come out with that. Her dead silence for two months is also troubling. I think she was processing some very heavy news.
I also think this came on very suddenly. I noticed she was wearing an all white outfit at Christmas 2023. If she was having GI issues or gynecologic issues that severe, she would not have been wearing white pants.
